We are working to ensure that all children and young people in the UK are able to access quality, suitable education, with a focus on school exclusions and barriers posed by immigration issues.
CCLC is one of two providers in legally aided education law matters, and delivers services through the Education Line, via Civil Legal Advice. We also provide advice on access to education through our Child Law Advice Service and Migrant Children’s Project advice line. Evidence from practice informs our policy priorities for access to education.
CCLC is part of the Access to Higher Education working group and supports the Equal Access campaign.
