We offer one-to-one advice from a dedicated solicitor on all issues affecting migrant, asylum-seeking and refugee children and young people, whether they are separated or in families. This includes:

• immigration, asylum and nationality law and policy
• legal representation
• trafficking
• support and accommodation
• age assessment
• education
• work and training
• healthcare.

We offer advice to anyone with a query about these issues - frontline practitioners, advocates, parents and carers, and children and young people themselves.

If you need an interpreter to speak to the adviser about your query, please email us and we will arrange a time to call you back with an interpreter.
