Can I be present during the whole case conference?

Will I be able to be present during the whole child protection case conference?

It depends on the procedures of the local authority. Generally parents can stay throughout the discussions, but will be asked to leave the conference to allow the professionals involved in the case to seek legal advice if the legal representative from the local authority is present.
