What to do if someone is taken out of the Uk for a forced marriage
What can I do if I know that someone has been taken out of the UK and is being forced into marriage?
Provide the police with as much information as possible.
Contact the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in the UK and pass on the information and concerns about the forced marriage. The FCO will contact the High Commission or Consulate in the Country that the person has been taken to and try to locate the person.
