Children with Disabilities

Children with disabilities and their families often need assistance from the state. Under international standards, countries are required to provide suitable programs and assistance to ensure the human rights of children with disabilities. We encourage the development of programs and legislation surrounding children with disabilities and to help states comply with international law and to protect the rights of children with disabilities.
