Service standards

The Children's Legal Centre has produced these standards so that all service users are clear about the level of service they can expect to receive.

The Children's Legal Centre will review all service standards once a year and involve service users in this process.

The results of Children's Legal Centre monitoring are then published on our website and in summary, in our Annual Review report.
